Micah, (21-0, 18 KOs), was supposed to fight Frenchman Yoan Boyeaux, but the fight was postponed twice and later cancelled due to overweight on the part of the Frenchman.
The fight against Snow (19-3, 12 KOs), would be Micah’s second fight in USA, since he made his debut last November against Jose Santos Gonzalez, which he won through a majority decision.
Snow’s last fight was seven months ago when he got a unanimous decision over Stephon McIntyre.
Micah said though he was disappointed with the previous fight, taking on Snow would be a good fight for him.
“I trained so hard for the bout against Boyeaux, I naturally felt unhappy when it was postponed, but am happy there is an opponent for me now,” he added.
