He made the remarks during an appraisal workshop for the staff of the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Friday in Accra.
As part of this, the NGO on Friday organised a workshop on continuous Professional Development for 300 basic school teachers drawn from the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region.
It emphasised that the party had concrete and solid evidence to win the verdict and entreated members to close their ranks and file and ensure a united front.
He expressed concern that the six months training programme in computer and mobile phone repairs were being conducted by the company free of charge but the youth in the region had failed to access such opportunity to upgrade theis skills.
The new campus provides a 24-hour learning environment, with students benefiting from constant access to lecturers, tutors and academic infrastructure such as computing laboratory, libraries and feedback.
The Minister made the call when she paid a working visit to the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana on Friday.
Dr Daanaa said there was the need to for its members to undergo regular training to build the capacity of its members to perform their duties effectively and efficiently for national development.
