Tamale, Nov. 29,  GNA – Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the 2012 elections has pledged that when voted into power in the coming elections, he would implement the Northern Development Authority project in memory of the late Alhaji Aliu Mahama, former Vice President of Ghana.
