Crowd awaits Aliu Mahama’s body at Tamale Airport

Tamale, Nov. 18, GNA – A large crowd of people have gathered at the Tamale Airport, waiting to view the casket carrying the mortal remains of former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama, who died on Friday, November 16 in Accra.   The crowd comprised persons from the political divide as well as family members and sympathisers from the Metropolis and Yendi Municipality.   Alhaji Mahama, 66, died while receiving treatment at the Cardiothoracic Centre of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.   GNA...
