Francis Morton wins day for visiting Dwarfs

Kumasi, Nov. 4, GNA – Visiting Ebusua Dwarfs stunned King Faisal with a 1-0  win in their Glo Premier League day-six clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, on Sunday.        Dwarfs’ Francis Morton scored the only goal for the visitors in the 82nd minute with a well-taken free-kick after Nicholas Gyan had been brought down outside the 18-yard box.         Earlier, the two teams remained uncompromising, particularly in the defence, making it difficult for the attackers on both sides to penetrate, but it was the homers that  began the match very vigorously.   Faisal will have themselves to blame for the defeat, having missed a penalty in the 18th minute through Joshua Akoto whose kick went way off target to the disappointment of their supporters after Dwarfs defender handled the ball in the penalty box.   GNA...
