The Information Minister, Mr Mustapha Hamid has dismissed claims that President Akufo-Addo was “creating jobs for the boys” hence the appointment of 110 ministers. The Ghana Education Service has ordered the closure of basic schools in the Banda Ahenkro District of the Brong Ahafo Region following a threat on the lives of non-indigenes, including teachers in the community. Doctors in Kenya have agreed to end a 100-day strike that has paralysed the country's public health system.
