What exactly is the name of the medical condition that ends in suicide because the patient could not pay his utility tariffs? When did the leadership of the Ghana Medical Association care about people dying in our hospitals? They go on strike any time they please, and dutifully collect their salaries at the end of every month, and turn around to express this fallacious concern for people who cannot pay utility tariffs?
