Better late than never

The message came as a pleasant surprise even though one would wish it came earlier. I am referring to the latest information that the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing is negotiating with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) to complete several housing projects initiated by the Kufuor Administration.
