Some ‘One Village, One Dam projects in the Northern region have been abandoned by contractors. According to residents, contractors left the site about a year ago and have since not returned.
Citi News’ Northern regional correspondent Diana Ngon visited some communities and reports that despite it being uncompleted the dams were able to store some water during the last rainy season which residents depend on.
