Evans Aboagye, one of the youth said to have attacked a teacher at Asiakwa in the Eastern Region leading to his death has been arrested by the police.
He was arrested on Friday evening at his hideout in a friend’s room at Asiakwa following reliable information from the residents.
He has subsequently been sent to the Kibi police station where he is expected to be kept in custody till he appears in court on Monday.
This brings to six the total number of arrests made so far following the attack and murder of the RME Teacher, Somuah George Bosompem.
A source close to the family of the late George Somuah who disclosed this latest arrest to Citi News expressed satisfaction with the speed at which all the suspects in the gruesome act had been apprehended.
The source also pleaded with the police, judiciary and other relevant stakeholders to ensure speedy justice delivery.
