Upper West RCC Mourns Late Wellembelle Kuoro

Wellembelle -The Upper West Regional Co-ordinating Council (RCC) has paid glowing tribute to the late Kuoro Kyige Mumuni Dimbie II, Paramount Chief of the Wellembelle Traditional Area and President of the Wellembelle Traditional Council.
