Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have bolstered their attacking lineup with the signing of former Tamale City forward Samson Eduku.
The 29-year-old striker, known for his prolific goal-scoring ability, brings valuable experience to the Porcupine Warriors.
Eduku previously played for Samartex and Tamale City, where he had a standout 2022/23 season, scoring 14 goals and providing 4 assists. His exceptional form earned him a move to Iraqi Premier League side Al Quwa Al Jawiya, where he continued to impress.
Eduku’s addition strengthens Kotoko’s already formidable attack, which includes in-form players Albert Amoah and Kwame Poku.
His presence is expected to add depth and firepower as the team pushes for a higher position in the league standings.
Currently 6th on the GPL table with 28 points, the Porcupine Warriors are on a strong run and will look to capitalize on Eduku’s experience to climb further up the rankings.
