Hearts of Oak have confirmed the departure of 18-year-old midfielder Saani Mohammed, who has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Danish club AC Horsens.
The reported transfer fee is €250,000.
Mohammed joined Hearts before the start of the 2024/25 season, moving from Soccer4Souls in August.
Since his arrival, he made 13 appearances for the Phobians, contributing two assists in his first season.
His departure marks the end of a promising stint at the Accra-based club.
In an official statement posted on social media, Hearts expressed their gratitude for his contributions, stating, “Your contributions have been invaluable, and we’re proud to have been part of your development. Wishing you the very best in your new chapter!”
