Alhaji Sadique Boniface, senior advisor and team leader of the Savannah Region Caravan Tour, recently urged residents of the region to rally behind Alan Kyerematen’s presidential bid, emphasizing his commitment to transforming Ghana’s fortunes. Known affectionately as “Alan Cash,” Mr. Kyerematen has captured the attention of voters nationwide with his Great Transformational Plan (GTP), which Alhaji Boniface praised as the comprehensive strategy needed to address the country’s critical issues.
Speaking to a gathering of traditional leaders and youth on the Caravan Campaign Tour, Alhaji Boniface underlined Alan Kyerematen’s credibility and dedication, citing his track record as evidence of his unique capacity to lead. “Alan Kyerematen is a leader who listens and understands the needs of the people,” Alhaji Boniface stated. “Under his leadership, we can finally address the challenges that have held our country back.”
Central to Mr. Kyerematen’s GTP, Alhaji Boniface explained, is a vision to harness the agricultural potential of Northern Ghana and transform it into a “food basket for the entire nation and beyond.” With abundant arable land and natural resources, Alhaji Boniface described the region as primed for economic revitalization. “When Alan Kyerematen takes office, the northern sector will be transformed,” he declared, promising an era where local resources are fully leveraged for national gain.
Alhaji Boniface’s message was particularly aimed at traditional leaders, who play a critical role in shaping community sentiment. He urged them to consider the future benefits of aligning with Alan’s vision over maintaining traditional political loyalties. “We need a leader who unites us all, regardless of where we come from,” Alhaji Boniface insisted. “Alan Kyerematen is that leader who will ensure every region benefits from the national pie.”
Stressing the need to move beyond tribal and religious allegiances in politics, Alhaji Boniface challenged the people to focus on effective leadership. “This election is about Ghana’s future, not just party politics,” he said. “We must prioritize a leader who has a plan to uplift every Ghanaian.” He encouraged voters to think beyond the usual loyalties to the NPP and NDC, advocating instead for an independent candidate with a unifying vision.
The former Minister for Zongo and Inner-Cities Development also paid homage to local chiefs, observing traditional customs to honor their authority. This act of respect resonated with the audience, many of whom have grown wary of political candidates who ignore local traditions. Alhaji Boniface’s emphasis on unity and respect for tradition underscored his message of inclusivity under Mr. Kyerematen’s leadership.
“Ghana belongs to all of us, not just to political parties,” Alhaji Boniface asserted, urging Ghanaians to think of themselves as stakeholders in the country’s development. He painted a picture of a Ghana where political divisions would no longer determine access to resources or opportunities. “With Alan Kyerematen, every community will have a stake in our national progress,” he promised.
As Alhaji Boniface concluded, he called on Ghanaians to support a new direction for the country. “We have the chance to break free from the cycle of political dominance that has held us back,” he said. “Let’s come together behind Alan Kyerematen and create a future where every Ghanaian has a voice and a role in our collective success.”
