NDC PC for Essikado-Ketan supports JHS students who excelled at BECE

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Essikado-Ketan constituency Professor Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah, is calling for a change in voting patterns.

Citing the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament’s failure to deliver after years in power, she believes it’s time for a new leadership approach that prioritizes the people’s needs.

At a recent ceremony, Dr. Ayensu-Danquah provided relief items to 36 outstanding students who excelled in the BECE exams. Previously, over 2,000 students received mathematical sets.

This philanthropic effort showcases her commitment to education and community development. As a humanitarian surgeon, educationist, and philanthropist, Dr. Ayensu-Danquah has consistently empowered the next generation.

Her leadership style focuses on placing constituents at the center, ensuring their well-being and progress. By fulfilling her promise, Dr. Ayensu-Danquah reinforced her commitment to Essikado-Ketan’s growth and development.

She encouraged students to take their studies seriously, emphasizing that their background shouldn’t limit their goals. If elected, she promises to support all students gaining admission to senior high school, starting 2025.

“I visited all the schools in the constituency, encouraging students to take their studies seriously. I promised support if they excelled in the BECE exams. Despite free senior high school, some students struggle without additional resources. As MP, I’ll provide relief items, including trunks and chop boxes, to those who qualify and gain admission. Investing in these future leaders benefits our constituency’s growth”. She stated.

Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah urged constituents to change their voting patterns, citing the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) failure to deliver after years in power. She believes it’s time for a new leadership approach, one that prioritizes the needs of the people

“Today, I want to tell you that the NPP has failed to support our development and hasn’t taken our concerns seriously, despite being in power for 32 years, including Papa Owusu Ankoma’s tenure. Yet, Essikado still lacks notable developmental projects. My fellow citizens, it’s clear they have no meaningful plans for our community. The NPP’s current candidate is even less impressive than the previous one. So, let’s break the cycle and change our voting patterns, regardless of party affiliation – whether NPP, CPP, or others. It’s time for better development and a brighter future for our constituency”. She said.

Shedrack Dadzie, a beneficiary of Dr. Grace’s kind gesture, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Essikado-Ketan constituency, on behalf of himself and his colleagues.

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Grace for her generosity and support. Your kindness is greatly appreciated! We’re inspired to reciprocate your goodwill by excelling in our studies and making you proud. Thank you again for your selflessness.” He mentioned.

A member of National youth working committee Bernard Oduro Takyi stated in his submission that “Dr. Grace’s efforts are seeds that will germinate and yield responsible Ghanaians. I’m proud of her selfless leadership and dedication to her constituents. Her commitment has given me hope that when elected, she’ll do even more for our people”.
