Ghanaian football stars, André and Jordan Ayew, paid a visit to Delta Paper Mill and Alpha Industries Limited on Friday.
The companies renowned for producing Flora tissues and Top Choco, one of Ghana’s top confectionery products welcomed the Ayew brothers with joyful cheers from the workers as they toured the facilities.
André, the Black Stars captain, expressed his pride as a Ghanaian to witness the remarkable operations of these companies.
“What I’ve seen and the process of what has been done is incredible,” he said. “To see something like this achieved in my home country, Ghana, is truly remarkable. I’m very proud as a Ghanaian to see so many local workers having the opportunity to work here and provide for their families. I want the country to know that the machinery is top-notch, and everyone working here has access to the best facilities to perform at their highest level.”
Dany Skaf, the Operations Director of the company, expressed his gratitude to the Ayew brothers for their support and for their outstanding careers.
“I want to thank you for coming; it’s a privilege to have you visit us. We will continue to support you and cheer for you because you are not just the best in Africa but the best in the world. It’s an honor to have you here.”
Barbara Incoom, the Marketing Director, shared the company’s excitement about the Ayew brothers’ visit.
“We are thrilled today to have the Ayew brothers visit our factory and endorse our brands, Flora tissues and Top Choco. They were delighted with what they saw and testified to the quality of our processes, machinery, and products.”
Since its establishment in 2009, the company has grown to become one of the best in the country when it comes to producing tissues
