The Black Stars bounced back from a deficit to clinch a 4-3 victory over Central African Republic.
Jordan Ayew opened the scoring from the spot within the first five minutes but a brace from Louis Mafouta left Ghana trailing 2-1 at half time.
The home team found their rhythm in the second half, with Jordan scoring two more to complete his hat-trick, sandwiching Fatawu Issahaku’s deflected shot.
Mafouta got a goal of his own to also get a hat-trick but Otto Addo’s men earned all three points, placing first in Group I in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
