Mbappe had aimed to win the UEFA Champions League with Paris St-Germain before moving on but failed after several attempts.
The latest setback happened earlier this week when Borussia Dortmund’s resilience denied Enrique’s men a place in the final.
While reports have intensified about his deal with Real Madrid, there have been strong claims of interest from teams in the Saudi Pro League.
In 306 appearances, Mbappe scored 255 goals and tallied 108 assists.
