Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Ricard Ofori will miss the 2022 World Cup due to injury, according to Ghanasoccernet.
Ofori sustained the injury earlier in the week, and it’s been reported that it’s a serious injury that will keep him out of the Black Stars’ trip to Qatar.
Ofori is the Black Stars’ deputy captain and was Ghana’s first-choice goalkeeper until September 2021.
Ofori lost the number one spot to Jojo Wollacott, who is also out of the World Cup due to a fractured finger.
