Legal practitioner Ivor Kobina Greentstreet has been elected as the flagbearer of the Convention People’s Party (CPP).
He was elected at the party’s congress on Saturday, August 22.
Mr Greenstreet was the party’s presidential candidate in the 2016 elections and will hold the torch for the party again in this year’s polls.
Nana Yaa Jantua was elected the General Secretary of the CPP.
Observers said the elections were generally peaceful and without protest from defeated aspirants.
