

Debutants Karela United FC added Asante Kotoko to the big sides they have thrashed so far in the Ghana Premier League after beating the Porcupine Warriors 3-1 in midweek.
The result of the Match Day 11 game at CAM Park in Aiyinase in the Western Region comes exactly a fortnight after Karela United beat Hearts of Oak by the same scoreline at the same venue.

Imoro Ibrahim put the home side ahead in the 22nd minute but Asante Kotoko equalized through Burkinabe import Sougne Yacouba.
The home side, however, restored their lead just before the break after Abdul Ganiyu scored from the spot.
The Pride and Passion put the game beyond Kotoko with a late strike by Maxwell Baako in the second half.
In other results, Hearts of Oak were held by Liberty Professionals to a goalless draw at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
Ashanti Gold stretched their lead at the top of the log by a Latif Anabila lone strike in their 1-0 over Eleven Wonders.
