The New Patriotic Party(NPP) has threatened to punish aspirants who display their posters at the Conference venue in Central Region, some aspirants seem unperturbed by the said directive as some posters have started popping up at the Conference venue.
One of such posters spotted by Ultimate News belongs to former Lecturer of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) who is a National Chairman hopeful Dr.Amoako-Baah
The aspirant interestingly chose the main entrance to the University of Cape Coast (UCC) specifically the First gate to hang his beautiful and big banner with the inscription “Leadership with New Ideas , Integrity and Hard work and fairness’.
Meanwhile, a member of the planning committee of the Delegates Conference John Mbro who doubles as the Central Regional Elections and Research Officer told Ultimate News Central regional correspondent Kwaku Baah-Acheamfour that all such posters will be forcefully removed and the offenders will be penalised accordingly.
A task force, he said is in place to take records of all offenders before proceeding to remove them.
