The approval follows a series of engagements involving the Ghana Football Association, FIFA and CAF.
Ghana are in a strong position after securing a 3-0 victory in the first leg in Mauritius. They will now aim to finish the tie at home and progress to the next round of qualifying for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
FIFA has also confirmed the officials for the match.
Burundian Nsabima Joselyne has been appointed referee, with compatriot Niyokindi Anitha serving as Assistant Referee 1. Ethiopia’s Defersha Sentayehu will be Assistant Referee 2.
Another Ethiopian official, Shibre Yordanos Mulugeta, will take up the role of Fourth Official. Algeria’s Moula Slidja has been named Referee Assessor, while Cham Sainabou of The Gambia will serve as Match Commissioner.
