Black Stars winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has called on Ghanaians to come out in their numbers to support the team ahead of their game against Gambia on Tuesday.
The Black Stars return to Ghana after defeat in their opening game of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers to Ivory Coast to host Gambia on September 29, in Accra.
Issahaku, who conceded a penalty in Bouake, which was converted by Franck Kessie for Ivory Coast's second in the 2-0 defeat, has urged Ghanaians to put behind them the loss and show up for their next game.
"Sacrifice with everything, thanks you all for your support. Another one to go for on Tuesday in Accra believe," he posted on social media.
Meanwhile, the Gambia arrive in Ghana oozing with confidence after beating Somalia 2-1 in their opening game of the qualifiers.
Ghana, currently sit bottom of Group C, and will only hand their qualification chances a boost by beating the Gambia in Accra.
The Black Stars are hoping to make a return to the Africa Cup of Nations after missing the last edition in Morocco last year. It was the first time in 20 years Ghana failed to qualify for the continental showpiece.
The team is without several top players, including Mohammed Kudus of Tottenham Hotspur and Antoine Semenyo of Manchester City.
