Jan Gyamerah and Ronald Donkor have received their first Ghana call-ups after being selected by Carlos Queiroz for three international fixtures this month.
The pair will be part of the Black Stars squad for Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Cote d'Ivoire and The Gambia, followed by an international friendly against Morocco.
Right-back Gyamerah has started the 2026/27 season strongly, making four appearances for SV Elversberg in the German Bundesliga 2. The 2026/27 campaign follows spells with Kaiserslautern, Nurnberg, Hamburger SV and VfL Bochum.
Donkor, meanwhile, has been rewarded for his performances with New York Red Bulls. He began his career at the JMG Football Academy in Mali before playing for Guidars FC and moving to the Red Bulls in May 2023.
Both players are expected to join the Ghana squad in the coming days ahead of the three matches.
Ghana will travel to face Cote d'Ivoire on Thursday, September 24. They will then host The Gambia at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday, September 29, before travelling to Morocco for a friendly against the Atlas Lions on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
