Berekum Chelsea head coach Kwaku Danso says his knowledge of Dreams FC from last season will be crucial as his side prepares to face them at the Golden City Park on Sunday.
Danso revealed that he closely followed Dreams FC last season and believes their squad has not undergone significant changes, giving him a useful understanding of their strengths ahead of the encounter.
"In fact, last year I watched not less than four of their matches. And I believe that their team, they haven't made significant changes. Apart from maybe Amoah or John Antwi. Is it John Antwi? Yes, who was their potent striker. And a few of them," he told Berekum Chelsea media.
"So for now, I know them. I know them. Based on last year's experience, I know them. And it is very unfortunate they couldnt play their first game against Medeama it would have given me better knowledge of their team but whatever it is we are going to approach them,"
Chelsea will be hoping to respond strongly after suffering a heavy 4-0 defeat to Hearts of Oak at the University of Ghana Stadium.
They host Dreams FC at 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 13.
