Ghana’s Black Maidens have named a 24-player squad for camping ahead of the WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup in Burkina Faso.
The squad comprises three goalkeepers, seven defenders, eight midfielders and six forwards, with players selected from clubs and academies across the country.
The camping will give the players an opportunity to build cohesion while competing for places in the final squad for the regional tournament.
Ghana have been drawn in Group B alongside regional rivals Nigeria, Togo and Niger.
The Black Maidens will be aiming to put together a strong campaign and secure a positive result at the competition.
The WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup is scheduled to take place in Ouagadougou from October 10 to 23, 2026.
