Ghanaian right winger King Faisal has joined Greek club Ellas Syros on a free transfer from AE Larisa, signing a deal until 30 June 2027.
The 22-year-old arrives after his contract with Larisa came to an end, with Ellas Syros moving quickly to secure him for their Super League 2 campaign. The switch keeps Faisal in the same division, as both clubs compete in Greece’s second tier.
Capable of operating on either flank and comfortable with both feet, Faisal adds versatility to Ellas Syros’ attacking options. Standing at 1.74m, he is listed with a market valuation of €75,000 at the time of the move.
Faisal joined Larisa in August 2025 following a spell in Brazil with Sao Paulo’s Under-20 side, where he moved after leaving YAP FC at the start of 2023. His time with Larisa also included a loan to fellow Greek side Egaleo in January 2026, before he returned at the end of that season.
Across his early senior and youth career, Faisal has accumulated experience in both Greece and Brazil, featuring in competitions such as the Super League 1 and 2, the Super League 2 play-outs, and Brazilian youth tournaments. That background gives Ellas Syros a player already acquainted with Greek football and its physical demands.
Born in Techiman, Faisal now begins a new chapter with Ellas Syros, who have tied him down on a one-year contract following his free transfer from AE Larisa.
