Bechem United forward Augustine Okrah has been crowned NASCO Player of the Month for April and May following a remarkable run of form in the Ghana Premier League.
The experienced attacker beat off competition from Medeama midfielder Salim Adams, Young Apostles forward Emmanuel Richmond Opoku and Berekum Chelsea's Seidu Abubakari to claim the award.
Okrah's selection comes after an outstanding two-month period in which he emerged as the most prolific player among the nominees. The Bechem United star scored seven goals in six matches, helping his side finish the season strongly.
His impressive performances also earned him a NASCO Player of the Match award during the period under review.
The award serves as recognition for one of the most productive spells of Okrah's campaign, with the former Ghana international consistently delivering in front of goal as Bechem United battled for crucial points.
As part of his reward, Okrah will receive a 43-inch NASCO television set and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited, sponsors of the NASCO Player of the Month award.
