The Ghana Football Association has announced a Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of a new 40-bed accommodation facility at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
According to the notice issued on May 26, 2026, the project forms part of the GFA's strategic plans to improve sports infrastructure and enhance camping conditions for national teams, technical staff and other football stakeholders.
The proposed project will involve the complete design, construction, commissioning and handover of a modern accommodation and training facility in line with Ghanaian building regulations and industry standards.
The Football Association is inviting eligible and competent construction firms to submit expressions of interest for the project under reference number GFA/PROC/ACCOM/2026/01.
Interested firms are required to provide documentation demonstrating their legal status, tax compliance, technical expertise and financial capability. Applicants must also show evidence of completing at least two similar projects within the last five years.
The GFA stated that firms with valid Ministry of Roads and Highways or Ministry of Works and Housing certification, particularly Class K1, D1 or equivalent, will be preferred.
Submissions must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked with the project reference to the office of the General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association at South East Ridge in Accra no later than Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5pm.
Following the evaluation process, shortlisted firms will be invited to submit detailed proposals for the design and build stage of the project.
The GFA noted that it reserves the right to accept or reject any submission and is not obligated to shortlist any applicant automatically.
