Aduana winger Anponsa Hensen has issued a bold rallying cry ahead of his side’s critical MTN FA Cup semi-final showdown against Nations FC.
The youngster declared that nothing short of the trophy will suffice for the Dormaa-based "Ogya" boys.
Speaking ahead of the clash scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Swedru Sports Stadium, Hensen emphasized the significance of the upcoming match in the club's pursuit of silverware.
"Our goal is to win the FA Cup, and winning this game brings us one step closer to our target," Hensen stated. "If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best."
Hensen enters the semi-final in peak form, having recently been named Man of the Match for his standout performance in Aduana’s emphatic 3â0 quarter-final victory over Techiman Liberty Youth.
His confidence reflects a team on a mission; Aduana has already navigated a challenging path to the last four, which included a notable elimination of giants Asante Kotoko.
The matchup presents a high-stakes tiebreaker for the two sides, who have split their meetings in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season with one home win apiece.
While Nations FC reached this stage following a tense penalty shootout against Berekum Chelsea, Aduana is hunting for its first-ever FA Cup title.
The winner will advance to the final to face either Dreams FC or Medeama SC.
