The young defender, who has Ghanaian roots through his father, said he felt honoured to join the Scottish giants, noting the club’s global reputation and history of success.
“I am really honoured and happy to be joining Celtic. It is one of the world’s biggest clubs, so it’s a really exciting move for me,” Arthur said.
He also spoke positively about the squad he is joining, acknowledging the experience and winning mentality within the team.
“I know we have a quality squad with players who have won so much already, and I can’t wait to join them and hopefully play my part in bringing more success to the club and to our fans,” he added.
Arthur stressed his readiness for the challenges ahead, insisting he is fully committed to contributing during his loan spell.
“We have a lot of challenges ahead, and I am ready for them. I am ready to do all I can to help the club achieve everything it can,” he concluded.
