Former Black Stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, has joined the management team of Ghana Premier League side Aduana Stars.
The ex-Udinese player has been appointed the Pathway and External Relations manager of the club.
Agyemang Badu is expected to create an enabling system which will help elevate players of the club while also using his influence to create connections for the Dormaa-based outfit.
The former player expressed gratitude to bankroller of the club Nana Agyemang Badu II, and shared his vision with other management members, the technical team and players of Aduana.
"First, I thank Nana Agyemang Badu II, the management, CEO Atta Poku and the technical team. I was able to monitor your last game. I am here to help the club succeed. What I know about football is when someone invest in the game, they have to benefit from it," he said.
"It is not always that CEO Atta Poku will go to Nana for support, we have to be able to deliver quality, and that quality could sell itself."
Speaking on his major role, Agyemang Badu added, he wants to create links for the club while also selling the brand Aduana FC.
"I have to create links out there. Although I have links out there, we need to create new ones as well. We need to sell the name Aduana," he concluded.
Agyemang-Badu started his career in Berekum before moving to Asante Kotoko briefly and spending the most of his time in Europe.
