Aduana FC winger Daniel Awuni says his priority is to create chances and make a decisive attacking impact as the Fire Boys prepare for Sunday’s Ghana Premier League clash away to Swedru All Blacks.
The former Accra Lions attacker believes efficiency in the final third will be key in a contest likely to be decided by small margins, with Aduana seeking to reignite their push after a difficult run of results.
Awuni, who joined the club during the second transfer window, has been encouraged by his role in the side and is keen to contribute more consistently in attacking areas.
“In games like this, attackers must be brave and efficient. My focus is on creating opportunities, getting into dangerous positions, and contributing goals as we push to get back to winning ways,” he said.
The Match Week 20 fixture will be played at the Swedru Sports Stadium on January 25, 2026, with the hosts coming into the game in steady form.
Swedru All Blacks, known as the Black Magicians, are unbeaten in their last four league matches, recording one win and three draws, and currently sit 10th in the standings on 24 points.
A home victory could lift them as high as seventh, further underlining the challenge facing the visitors.
Aduana’s title hopes have taken a hit following a run of one win in five matches, leaving them eight points adrift of leaders Medeama.
