Black Stars forward Brandon Thomas-Asante has expressed delight following his return from injury, starring in Coventry City's back-to-back wins in the English Championship.
After almost two months on the sidelines, Thomas-Asante returned to the squad for the games against Leicester City and Millwall FC.
The prolific scorer continued his red-hot form with a goal contribution as the Championship leaders defeated Millwall last weekend to continue their quest for promotion.
An excited Thomas-Asante posted on social media days after the game: "Good to be back (to back). Plus three points."
The assist in the victory over Millwall was his fourth of the season, adding to his ten goals scored in the league.
Thomas-Asante's form comes as good news for the Black Stars as Ghana prepares for this summer's FIFA World Cup in North America.
The 27-year-old is one of Ghana's top scorers in Europe this season, sharing the top spot with Manchester City's newly-signed striker Antoine Semenyo.
Meanwhile, Thomas-Asante has been attracting interest from clubs in the top division.
