Abraham Lincoln admonishes all those who proffer to have faith or profess to be liberal democrats supportive of constitutionalism to give meaning and function to the rule of law and due process at all times.  He insists, “do not interfere with anything in the constitution that must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties”.
