Grace began her professional journey in 2009 with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working across Ghana and Liberia. Her experience at the global professional services firm provided a strong foundation in audit, financial governance, and international best practices. During this period, she developed a reputation for analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex financial environments with confidence.
Leadership in Corporate Ghana
Over the years, Grace has held several key leadership roles that have shaped her career as a strategic finance professional.
She currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at The Bank Hospital, a premier private hospital in Accra. In this role, she leads the Finance and Supply Chain functions, providing strong financial stewardship and operational insight to support the hospital’s mission of delivering world-class healthcare. Since joining the hospital in 2022, Grace has worked closely with executive leadership to drive growth, sustainability, and financial resilience for the organization.
Prior to joining The Bank Hospital, Grace served as Chief Finance Officer at Veolia Ghana Limited, a multinational organization providing services to the mining sector. At Veolia, she was part of the Executive Management team and played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance and supporting operational efficiency across the business.
Notably, in both organizations, Grace served as the first Chief Finance Officer, making her a trailblazer responsible for establishing and structuring the Finance and Supply Chain departments, setting the pace for financial excellence and operational discipline.
Earlier in her career, she also held senior positions at Goldkey Properties Limited, one of Ghana’s premier real estate companies, and Scania West Africa, where she contributed significantly to streamlining financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
Across her career, Grace has accumulated over six years of executive leadership experience and more than 10 years of board room experience advising boards, positioning her as a trusted strategic partner in decision-making at the highest levels of corporate governance.

Grace’s educational and professional credentials reflect her commitment to continuous growth and excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Cape Coast and an Executive MBA in Finance from University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). Additionally, she is a member of the Institute of Directors Ghana, reflecting her commitment to strong corporate governance and leadership.
