Supreme Court To Rule On NDC Joinder On January 22

The Supreme Court has fixed January 22, to rule on whether to join the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to the petition brought before it by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to challenge the presidential results of the December 2012 presidential election.
The nine-member panel of judges, chaired by Justice William Atuguba, fixed the date yesterday after three hours of gruelling back-and-forth legal arguments by lawyers for the NDC, President John Dramani Mahama and the NPP.
