Dr. Sylvester Achio Inducted As New Rector of Accra Polytechnic

The Governing Council of Accra Polytechnic has inducted Dr. Sylvester Achio as the new Rector of the polytechnic. The chairman of the Council, Prof. Joshua Alabi, on Friday, administered the oath of office, in line with the Polytechnic Act of 2007 (Act 745). Dr. Achio, 54, until his appointment, was a senior Lecturer and Head/Co-ordinator of the Research and Innovation Centre of the Accra Polytechnic, and a student academic counsellor.
