Interim coach Hamza Obeng believes his side is making steady progress on the training ground as Asante Kotoko gear up for a crucial Week 31 clash against Dreams FC.
Kotoko head into the away fixture searching for consistency after a difficult run of one win, one draw, and three defeats in their last five matches. Despite the mixed results, Obeng has seen encouraging signs from his players during training sessions.
"We are looking at the phases of play when I say phases of play I am talking about communication in the game one language we are to understand that is the tactics to deploy. And also deciding looking they are trying to take whatever they are doing gradually and also the execution of the decision they are doing picking it up that is the technique," he told AKSC Media.
"That is what we are working on and then football fitness training too is moving smoothly, so we are trying to build everything smoothly and then try to build a collective team and try to achieve the result,"
Dreams FC arrive in better form, with three wins, one draw, and one defeat in their last five matches, setting up a tough test.
