Ampem Darkoa draw level with Hasaacas after Womenâ??s Premier League triumph

Ampem Darkoa Ladies have matched the record of Hasaacas Ladies after winning the 2025/26 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League title.

Ampem Darkoa produced a composed and disciplined performance in the final to beat Hasaacas and lift the trophy, underlining their growing strength in the domestic game.

The victory takes Ampem Darkoa to five league titles, drawing them level with Hasaacas as the most successful clubs in the competition’s history and adding another chapter to their rivalry.

Their triumph also secures qualification for the WAFU B Women’s Champions League qualifiers, where they will compete for a place in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

For Hasaacas Ladies, the result is a setback, but they remain one of the leading sides in Ghana women’s football.
