Eredivisie side FC Twente are reportedly interested in signing Dutch-born Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Poku from Almere City FC ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf, the Enschede-based club have identified the highly rated youngster as a key target, especially if Almere City fail to secure promotion to the Dutch top flight.
Poku has enjoyed a strong campaign with Almere City, earning attention for his pace, versatility and attacking output. The winger has featured in 41 matches across all competitions this season, scoring 10 goals and providing nine assists.
His current contract runs until June 2027, meaning interested clubs will need to meet Almere City’s valuation to secure his signature.
The 20-year-old is regarded as one of the promising talents in the Eerste Divisie and is expected to attract further interest from clubs in the Eredivisie.
Poku remains eligible to represent Ghana at international level, along with his brother Ernest Poku of Bayer Leverkusen, as both players continue to keep their options open regarding national team allegiance.
