Golden Coast Developers has once again demonstrated its architectural excellence in the real estate industry by winning top awards at the International Property Awards for Africa 2023/2024.
The company’s latest project, Heritage 100, was named the prestigious 5-star winner in both the Best Apartment/Condominium Development Ghana and Best Residential High Rise Development Ghana categories, beating competitions from hundreds of other entries.
At the award ceremony in London, the CEO of Golden Coast Developers, Neil Oku, personally received the prestigious awards.
According to experts, this achievement demonstrates the company’s commitment to combining contemporary design with African heritage, resulting in environments that are not only visually spectacular but also culturally significant.
Heritage 100, located in Accra’s popular Labone suburb, is an afropolitan community of luxury apartments with nine stories of spacious living, green energy, and modern facilities.
As Ghana’s first Edge certified residential building, Heritage 100 has set a new standard for sustainable and wellness-focused living through its commitment to low energy use and the use of sustainable materials.
Mr. Oku stated that Africa is poised for a surge of development, and added that Heritage 100 was created with Africans, African Americans, and investors in mind.
“We had the freedom to design Heritage 100 in any way we wanted, but we chose to construct it to represent the essence of Africa,” he noted.
