The Accra Circuit Court has discharged four more Democracy Hub protesters after the state dropped charges against them.
Prosecution on Thursday, October 24 told the court that they have filed new charges which they intended to substitute with the previous one filed on September 25 against the protesters.
They however noted that these charges had been filed against 9 of the set of protesters including Oliver Barker Vormawor and Felicity Nelson before the court.
They indicated that charges against Cedric Bansah, Emmanuel Offei, Nana Amo Mensah Prempeh and Thomas Yeboah.
Judge hearing the matter ruled that the charges against them be withdrawn and subsequently discharged the quartet.
This brings to total 11 Democracy Hub protesters discharged by the court.
