South African artist, dancer, DJ and reality tv star popular for her stint on Big Brother Titans, Tebatso Mokoana, popularly known as Blue Aiva, has said that Amapiano lacks ‘sexiness’.
The South African dancer and musician said she believed Amapiano currently as a genre of music was a field that was male-dominated and hence lacked a feminine edge.
According to her, this is the reason why her new project plans to incorporate sexiness into the genre.
“I’ll be dropping my professor soon. It’s titled Ungudesexy. It means everything is sexy. What we’ve noticed is that, Amapiano, it lacks that sexiness. It is a male-dominated industry. That is why we are incorporating sexiness,” he stated.
She further revealed that she intends to drop a single first which will be part of her project.
“I’ll drop my single first and it’s called Abanga bam meaning my friends. My single will basically introduce the whole project,” he added.
The former housemate on Big Brother Titans show shared her experience do far after visiting Ghana for the first time in a bid to promote her brand.
“I’m surprised, I won’t lie. Well, I’m not so surprised because when I got out of the house, I saw that people genuinely loved me. Honestly, I was shocked but now, I’m calm. I just appreciate each and every one,” she stated.
