Some senior officers in the Ghana police service have been reshuffled.
A statement signed by the IGP David Asante-Appeatu said the move is to ensure effective management and operational control of the service.

Ghanaians should expect more changes in the coming days for non performing officers, the source added.
COP/Dr Akuffo Dampare, Director General/Operations will be the Director General for Research and Planning.
COP/Mr Christian Tetteh Yohuno, Director General/Special Duties is now Director General/Police Intelligence Directorate.
