Family and management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko will be celebrating the one week demise of the Deputy Equipment Officer of the club late Thomas Asare on Wednesday July 19, 2017.
Mr Asare, 44, died in an accident when the Asante Kotoko team bus rammed into a stationery KIA truck on the Nkawkaw highway at 9:45pm when they were returning from Accra to Kumasi after their midweek encounter with Inter Allies on July 12, 2017.
Several other scores were injured including players and team officials.
All the rest have since been discharged from the hospital whiles the head coach Steve Pollack and the bus driver Nana Berchie are still receiving treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
The one week observation will be held at Esereso- Atonsu, a suburb of Kumasi, opposite Divine Mercy Hospital from 6:am to 6:pm.
