The President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe is in Ghana to join Ghanaians celebrate their 60th independence anniversary on March 6, 2017 at the Independence Square, Accra.
He has governed the Republic of Zimbabwe as its President since 1987, having previously governed as its Prime Minister from 1980 to 1987.
Various African heads of State, the vice president Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and wife, former President Jerry John Rawlings and his wife Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, diplomats, former chief of staff Julius Debrah and other politicians have also arrived at the venue.
The parade which will be starting very soon will include schools, military, police, and civil servants across the regions.
The President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo who has just arrived with his wife Mrs Gloria Akufo will soon inspect the guard.
