The Jospong Group of Companies on Sunday dedicated a 2,500-seater ultra-modern church facility to the Church of Pentecost.
The state-of-the-art edifice, located within the Jospong enclave, was formally handed over for use by the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Trasacco, and the Church of Pentecost E-Church.
Designed with a contemporary architectural outlook, the facility reflects functionality, reverence and global relevance, positioning it as a major hub for worship and digital ministry.

The complex comprises a 2,500-capacity main auditorium, children’s auditorium, audio-visual control rooms, e-church studios, chaplaincy and administrative offices, executive lounge, conference rooms, gallery, washrooms and power control systems.
It is fully fitted with two elevators, central air-conditioning, LED screens, CCTV surveillance, fire detection and firefighting systems, as well as a 1,000 KVA dedicated transformer supported by 400 KVA and 200 KVA generator sets.
The dedication crowns a long-standing spiritual culture within the Jospong Group, which dates back to 1995 when its Founder and Executive Chairman, Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong, instituted daily devotions with staff at the then Jospong Printing Press at James Town, Accra.
That modest gathering later evolved into annual corporate thanksgiving services, which had since become a defining spiritual tradition of the Group.
Recognising this unique commitment, the immediate past Chairman of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Professor Opoku Onyinah, in 2013 appointed Pastor Bright Kojo Addae as the Church’s first Corporate Chaplain to the Jospong Group, a role later continued by Pastor Daniel Danso until 2025.
It was during this chaplaincy period, in 2020, that Dr Agyepong initiated the construction of the chaplaincy auditorium, which later expanded into the full church complex.
In addition, Dr Agyepong secured a fully furnished four-bedroom mission house for the Resident Minister of PIWC (Trasacco), ensuring uninterrupted pastoral care and strengthening the chaplaincy’s effectiveness.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Agyepong described the facility not as a personal achievement but as “a testimony of grace,” stressing that prayer and obedience to biblical principles had been central to the growth and resilience of the Jospong Group.
He recounted his humble beginnings and attributed the Group’s success to divine direction rather than human strategy.
He paid tribute to the leadership of the Church of Pentecost for shaping his spiritual foundation.
In a sermon at the dedication, the Chairman of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr Eric Nyamekye, underscored the centrality of God’s presence in worship, cautioning that church gatherings devoid of divine glory amount to mere assemblies.
He prayed that the dedication would usher in renewed spiritual impact, not only within the church but across the nation.
