The Kumasi branch of the Twellium Industrial Company has donated GH¢100,000 and pallets of bottled water towards Asantehene’s 25th enstoolment anniversary celebration.
Mr. Ali Hamdan, Branch Manager of the company, led a delegation of the company to do the presentation during a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, at the Manhyia Palace last Friday.
He hoped their widow’s mite would go a long way to make the celebrations a memorable one.
Other members of the delegation included Mr. Hoteit Fouad, Operation Manager; Mrs. Lucy Tenkroang, Human Resources Manager; Mr. Patrick Yeboah, Trade and Marketing Manager; Mr. Stephen Dwimoh, Sales Manager and Mr. Jacob Wellington, Administrator.
The King, while receiving the presents, expressed his appreciation to the team for the support. He also charged the Management to prioritise the welfare of employees by ensuring the workforce is given deserving welfare treat.
“I entreat you to look after them well and they will be very good workers. We pray that the business will grow,” Otumfuo said.
